Burlington's serviced apartments will be situated in Burlington’s main building (known as 'the lodge') in the heart of the village. This will be a classic 'raffles' styled  building with character, charm, and functionality. It will include a restaurant, cafe, hairdressing salon, indoor swimming pool, movie theatre, spa, gymnasium, bakery, bar... along with medical rooms.

There will be a range of different apartments and care options available. The apartments can be secured under Occupation Rights Agreements.
